We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• All original tags must still be attached.

• Items may be tried on for sizing, but must remain in new condition.

• Any signs of wear and tear, damage, marks, or washing will make the item ineligible for a refund or exchange.

If your item meets these conditions, you can choose:

• A full refund, or

• An exchange for another item (price differences may apply).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
